Examination branch of the SSC is mainly concerned with the smooth conducting of all the mid-terms as well as the terminal examinations throughout the semester. A brief set of functions of the examination branch is:

• Issuance of Roll number slips to the students.
• Providing result cards and transcripts to the students.
• Issuance of degrees to the students.
• Provision of information to the students regarding their pass out statuses.
• Provision of information regarding convocation of the graduating students.

 

 Roll Number Slips include both your seat number and your candidate number will be printed on your desk label, alongside the examination code and examination title of the paper you are taking
And will be provided to you before commencement of Exams.

All Graduate and undergraduate students are issued with a record of their achievement whilst at University, including their module results. Please be advised that this record of achievement cannot be issued until your degree has been conferred and all of your module marks validated by the relevant academic departments. In case the University should need to contact you by post after your graduation, please do make sure that your home address on your central student record is up to date and correct.
If you are a graduate of the University and require a transcript you may request one by completing the Transcript request form available.

Once you get your Transcript it will take approximately two weeks to issue your Graduate/Under graduate Degree. You can collect it from Examination center.
