In 2014, Dr. Muhammad Zubair completed his PhD in the field of General Relativity and Cosmology from Department of Mathematics, University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. He has published 49 research papers in ISI impact factor journals of International repute with cumulative impact factor 130.  He has explored various issues in the fields of thermodynamics, stability of compact objects, anisotropic stars, cosmic evolution in the light of different dark energy models and modified theories of gravity.  He has successfully completed his projects in the field of modified theories of gravity. He has attended different workshops, seminars and conferences and presented valuable talks. He is also acting as a referee for International journals. He has visited National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing as invited researcher. He also has been granted the outstanding research award in the category of best research paper for the year 2012 by HEC Pakistan and the title of the paper is “Thermodynamics in f(R, T) theory of gravity” published in  Journal of COSMOLOGY AND ASTROPARTICLE PHYSICS . Recently, he has been awarded the "Research Productivity Award 2016-17" by Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST) in the category "A”.  He has been ranked at 15th position all over the Pakistan and 2nd in CIIT family.

Dark Energy, Dark Matter, Modified Gravitational Theories, Wormholes, Compact Objects and Black Holes.
